Nondairy milk refers to plant-based milks that are made from nuts, seeds or grains and do not contain any dairy products. These types of milk include almond milk, soy milk, oat milk, coconut milk, and rice milk among others. They are often used as a substitute for cow's milk by individuals who may be lactose intolerant, have an allergy to dairy or choose not to consume animal products.
